Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 666phl Casino Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

When registering on 666phl, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your Philippine mobile number, name, and date of birth. You further agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Your 666phl account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

666phl reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant for any reason, including where 666phl reasonably suspects that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 666phl Casino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 666phl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is applied at any point in the transaction process.

Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals on 666phl include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. 666phl reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱50
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing time: within 15 minutes of approval
• Bank transfer withdrawal processing time: within one (1) business hour of approval

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 666phl does not accept or process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. Attempts to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

666phl reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation, where required by PAGCOR regulations or internal anti-money laundering procedures. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed until the required documentation is received and verified.

Bonuses & Promotions

666phl Casino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is advertised.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 666phl Casino promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of bonus funds received, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Real money balance is used for wagers before bonus balance, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 666phl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and cancel any bonus credited to a Player's account if 666phl reasonably believes the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 666phl Casino Platform are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the respective game providers. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All game outcomes on 666phl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by real-time events (in the case of live dealer games and sports betting). 666phl does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — 666phl will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, wagers placed in the affected round will be voided and the staked amount refunded to the Player's account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666phl Casino Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification

• Funding your 666phl account using funds obtained through illegal means

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

666phl Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes
• Chargebacks initiated against 666phl without prior dispute resolution attempts
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority

Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Players may request voluntary self-exclusion at any time through their 666phl account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of submission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 666phl Casino Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, and the 666phl brand identity — is the exclusive property of 666phl Casino or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

666phl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their 666phl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666phl Casino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the 666phl Platform at your own risk, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on your own device.

By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory processes.

Amendments to These Terms

666phl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notification within the 666phl Platform or by other appropriate means with reasonable advance notice.

Your continued use of the 666phl Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
